RCC Kids September

What We Are Up To!
We have started a new Sunday School curriculum this fall!  I’m super excited about what Answers in Genesis has to offer.  Their passion is to present lessons that focus on the truth of Scripture and making sure the children understand that the “stories” truly are historical accounts!  They are concerned that many churched kids are walking away from the church.  I want to start young in helping our children see that God’s Word is truth and fall in love with the God who wrote it!

Also, on Wednesday nights, this semester we are going on a Bible Treasure Hunt!  We will take a look at all the books of the Bible and get a bird’s eye view.  We have several new teachers that are plugging in and helping serve our children!  So blessed to have such a great team on board!  This is going to be a fun and exciting semester!

                                                          Deuteronomy 6:6-9 The Message (MSG)

“Write these commandments that I’ve given you today on your hearts. Get them inside of you and then get them inside your children. Talk about them wherever you are sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning to when you fall into bed at night. Tie them on your hands and foreheads as a reminder; inscribe them on the doorposts of your homes and on your city gates.”
