Purpose/Philosophy
Rogers Christian Church has ministries that provide every person an opportunity to serve in an active way. This allows us to ask, "What can we do for the church, the Body of Christ, not what can the church do for us?"
We serve both our congregation and community. Our stewardship commitment is to set aside 16% of the weekly offerings to support mission work in our community and around the world.
Each Christian has the opportunity to be involved in a ministry that allows him or her to do service to God.

Education
Purpose: Committed to teaching and applying Biblical knowledge to change lives.
Activities: Train teachers through formal and informal workshops.- Purchase appropriate teaching materials.- Find ways to instill evangelism
through Sunday School teaching.
- Plan incentives to increase Bible School attendance.
- Schedule new elective classes tomeet emerging needs.
- Create inviting learning environments for students.

Bible School Classes

Di...Sha - Bereavement
Purpose: To minister to every person in the body suffers a loss
of an immediate family member. Because of the love of Jesus, our church is their family also. We must discern the needs and meet them appropriately.
Activities: Preparing a meal for the bereaved family. Providing food for the family on the day of the death.
Providing baby-sitters if needed.
Purchasing a memorial book for the library.
Other activities that help ease the pain of separation.
Ministry Team is part of the Women's Ministry.

Prayer
Purpose: "...in all things by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:6,7
Activities: "To pray without ceasing." I Thessalonians 5:17
